Comments: I had a previous rotator cuff surgery by another doctor which ended up tearing again. Luckily for me I met Dr Carr and he repaired both rotator cuffs which were torn at that point. After going through two surgeries with him I would highly recommend him as a surgeon. No matter how busy he is, he takes to time to listen and answer all of your questions. If you follow his protocol after surgery, you will be on the road to recovery.
