Comments: I started seeing Dr Carr in March 2019 for shoulder pain and in Oct he did a total shoulder replacement which I am extremely pleased with. I am a retired RN and very concerned with a physician professional performance and care. Dr Carr is an exceptional doctor and surgeon. He is kind, listens completely, responds to expressed concerns and is very reassuring. I am completely satisfied with my shoulder surgery and the recovery.
